Refrigeration Trailers
Garibaldi is a fishing port, and fish, crab, and seafood depend on cold storage. Refrigerated trailers lead our Garibaldi rentals for that reason.
See refrigeration trailers models & specs →Garibaldi Emergencies on Tillamook Bay
Garibaldi sits at the edge of Tillamook Bay on the north Oregon coast, exposed to winter storms, high tides, and tsunami risk. When a storm knocks out power to a processor or a cannery cooler, a refrigerated trailer can hold the catch while power is restored. For wider emergencies, crews need beds, showers, and meals on higher ground.
24/7 Emergency Remote Man Camp Basecamp leasing in Garibaldi provides sleepers, showers, laundry, and restroom trailers on generator power.
Major Industry: Mills, Port, and Hardwoods
Garibaldi's economy was historically driven by lumber mills, including the Whitney mill, built in 1921, whose smokestack remains, and two large mills in the 1950s. A Weyerhaeuser hardwood mill at the Port of Garibaldi was sold in 2011 and now operates as Northwest Hardwoods. The population peaked above 1,500 in the 1950s and is 830 today. Port and mill work bring crews who rent sleepers, showers, and laundry.

Renovation: The Maritime Museum and Waterfront
The Garibaldi Maritime Museum, the waterfront, and the town's older buildings renovate in stages. Garibaldi was named for Giuseppe Garibaldi in 1870, and the city was incorporated in 1946. A restroom trailer or a mobile kitchen trailer for lease in Garibaldi keeps a business running during a remodel.
Emergency Equipment Access in Garibaldi
Garibaldi sits on Tillamook Bay, with Tillamook to the south and the north coast communities to the north. Storm closures and tides can change the route, so we plan delivery in advance and confirm conditions before dispatch. These are public routes; our deliveries are scheduled around current conditions.
Fishing Season and Waterfront Events
The Garibaldi waterfront hosts fishing-season and community events. Producers rent restroom trailers and showers, and seafood vendors rent refrigerated trailers for rent in Garibaldi.
Garibaldi Weather and Site Planning
Garibaldi has mild, wet winters, strong coastal wind, and cool summers. Pads should be drained gravel above the tidal flats and outside the tsunami zone where possible, with units anchored against wind. A Remote Workforce Housing Shower Laundry Bunkbed Sleeper trailer in Garibaldi setup for crews can share water and wastewater.
Rental Options and Prices for Garibaldi
A 12ft refrigerated trailer is an estimated $1,295 to $1,495 for 1 to 6 days and a 20ft unit an estimated $1,495 to $1,595, with longer rentals quoted by the week or month. A 20ft refrigerated container is an estimated $2,495 and a 40ft container $3,495. Our 20ft refrigerated trailers list 220V single-phase service at 40 to 60 amps, which we confirm before delivery. Add sleepers, showers, and laundry for Garibaldi crews.
What Garibaldi Projects Need, Season by Season
Summer is the main fishing and visitor season. Fall is crab and storm-prep season. Winter is storm season. Spring opens renovation and construction.
Who Rents Trailers in Garibaldi
Fishermen and processors rent refrigeration. Port and mill contractors rent sleepers, showers, and laundry. Event producers rent restrooms and refrigeration. Agencies plan staging above the tsunami zone.
Planning a Trailer Site in Garibaldi
Send us the address, dates, product volume or headcount, and a photo of the pad. For cold storage we confirm power, set point, and capacity, and we choose pads above the tidal flats. A written quote lists each unit and the delivery and setup.
Short-Term and Long-Term Leasing in Garibaldi
Short jobs and seasonal camps are priced differently from year-long leases. For Garibaldi, a 20ft accommodation unit is an estimated $2,995 for 1 to 6 days, and the same unit is an estimated $2,195 to $2,495 for three months or more. Because the quote lists each unit separately, you can add a shower, laundry, or kitchen later without re-pricing the rest of the camp.
Permits and Site Considerations in Garibaldi
Temporary trailers in Garibaldi may need review by the city, the Port of Garibaldi, or Tillamook County. Waterfront and port sites have their own rules, and refrigerated food units fall under county environmental health. We help you identify what your site needs before delivery.
Delivery, Setup, and Pickup in Garibaldi
Before a truck leaves for Garibaldi, we walk through the streets around the Port of Garibaldi and the bay shore. Setup is about an hour for most units, about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers, a few minutes for stairs, and four to six hours for ramps. Everything on a Tillamook County job, from delivery to pickup, goes on a single schedule. One local detail: salt air and tidal flooding are hard on equipment, so we choose higher pads and anchor units.
Power, Water, and Wastewater Planning in Garibaldi
Utilities decide what can go where in Garibaldi. Our shower containers list 120V/240V at 200 amps, laundry trailers 240V single phase at 200 amps, kitchens 220V single phase at 200 to 220 amps, and refrigerated trailers 220V at 40 to 60 amps. On a site without power or sewer we bring generator trailers, water tank trailers, and greywater bladders, and schedule the pump-outs.
Scenario: A Storm Power Outage at the Dock
Imagine a winter storm that cuts power to a seafood processor for three days. Two refrigerated trailers beside the plant, on generator power, would hold the catch while the line is repaired. That is the refrigerated trailer lease in Garibaldi we can plan from your volume.
