Laundry Trailers
Gervais lies in a farm-and-workforce area where crews need clean clothes at the end of a day, and laundry is the service most often missing at a temporary camp. Laundry trailers lead our Gervais rentals.

In 1902, a fire destroyed nearly all of the Gervais business district, with losses estimated at $100,000, and help from Portland and Salem arrived too late to stop it. A fire, flood, or long power loss in a city of 2,595 can still leave families and crews needing laundry, showers, and restrooms while repairs are made.
24/7 Emergency Remote Man Camp Basecamp leasing in Gervais provides sleepers, showers, laundry, and restroom trailers on generator power.
Major Construction: Highway and Valley Projects
Gervais sits along Oregon Route 99E, which forms its southeastern border, between Woodburn and Salem. Road, utility, and building contractors working the 99E corridor rent sleepers, laundry trailers, and combos near the work.

Renovation: Main Street Buildings and Homes
Gervais rebuilt after its 1902 fire, and its commercial buildings continue to be repaired in stages. A restroom trailer keeps a remodel workable, and a mobile kitchen trailer for lease in Gervais keeps a school or meal program going.
Emergency Equipment Access in Gervais
Gervais is a few minutes off Interstate 5 along Oregon Route 99E and local roads, so delivery is straightforward from the Portland hub. We confirm pad access and clearance in advance. These are public routes; our deliveries are scheduled around current conditions.
Farm Season and Community Gatherings
Gervais is a French Prairie farm community, and harvest and community gatherings fill the calendar. Organizers and growers rent restrooms, laundry trailers, and refrigerated trailers for rent in Gervais.
Gervais Weather and Site Planning
Gervais has mild, wet winters and warm, dry summers on flat valley ground. Pads need drainage in winter and shade and servicing on hot afternoons. A Remote Workforce Housing Shower Laundry Bunkbed Sleeper trailer in Gervais setup for crews can share water and wastewater.

Planning a Trailer Site in Gervais
Send us the address, dates, crew size, and a photo of the pad. For a laundry unit we confirm water, drain, and 220V power before delivery. A written quote lists each unit and the delivery and setup.
Short-Term and Long-Term Leasing in Gervais
Short jobs and seasonal camps are priced differently from year-long leases. For Gervais, a 20ft accommodation unit is an estimated $2,995 for 1 to 6 days, and the same unit is an estimated $2,195 to $2,495 for three months or more. Because the quote lists each unit separately, you can add a shower, laundry, or kitchen later without re-pricing the rest of the camp.
Permits and Site Considerations in Gervais
Temporary trailers in Gervais may need review by the city or Marion County. A laundry or shower trailer needs a water and drain plan, and we help you confirm it. We help you identify what your site needs before delivery.
Delivery, Setup, and Pickup in Gervais
Before a truck leaves for Gervais, we walk through Oregon Route 99E and the streets of Gervais. Setup is about an hour for most units, about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers, a few minutes for stairs, and four to six hours for ramps. Everything on a Marion County job, from delivery to pickup, goes on a single schedule. One local detail: the pad site is flat and easy to reach, so delivery is usually quick.
Power, Water, and Wastewater Planning in Gervais
Utilities decide what can go where in Gervais. Our shower containers list 120V/240V at 200 amps, laundry trailers 240V single phase at 200 amps, kitchens 220V single phase at 200 to 220 amps, and refrigerated trailers 220V at 40 to 60 amps. On a site without power or sewer we bring generator trailers, water tank trailers, and greywater bladders, and schedule the pump-outs.
A Community Shaped by French Prairie and Newcomers
Gervais is named for Joseph Gervais, one of the first settlers on French Prairie, and in the late 1960s a small colony of Russian Old Believers was founded between Gervais and Mt. Angel. The area has long been a place where families from different backgrounds settled the same flat, fertile ground. For a rental company the lesson is practical: the workforce here is varied, and a good camp or laundry setup is simple, clean, and easy to use for everyone. We design every setup around clear signage, easy access, and reliable servicing.
Scenario: A Laundry Unit for a Large Crew
Imagine a contractor with a 20-person crew and no laundry within an easy drive. A laundry trailer with several washers and dryers placed beside a combination shower and restroom, served weekly, would keep the crew in clean clothes. That is the laundry trailer lease in Gervais we can plan from your headcount.
