Restroom Trailers
Waimea hosts a nine-day town celebration, a historic theater, and the westernmost high school in the country, so events and construction here need restrooms at scale. Restroom trailers lead our Waimea rentals.

Waimea sits on the southwest coast of Kauai at the mouth of a river, and Hurricane Iniki damaged the Historic Waimea Theater in 1992. When storms or long outages strain a community of 2,057, crews that respond need restrooms, showers, and sleepers set close to the work.
24/7 Emergency Remote Man Camp Basecamp leasing in Waimea provides sleepers, showers, laundry, and restroom trailers on generator power.
Major History: Sandalwood, Whaling, and Sugar
Waimea was an important trading post for the maritime fur trade, whaling, and sandalwood industries in the late 1700s and early 1800s, and for the sugar industry in the later 1800s. In 1815 the Russian-American Company vessel Bering wrecked there. Construction and tourism are now the main industries. Contractors rent sleepers, combos, and laundry near the work.

Renovation: A Theater Restored
The Historic Waimea Theater opened on September 2, 1938, and after Iniki damage the owner planned to tear it down until West Kauai Main Street leased it in 1993, the County of Kauai bought it in 1996, and it reopened in August 1999. Older buildings renovate in stages. A restroom trailer covers plumbing downtime, and a mobile kitchen trailer for lease in Waimea keeps a site serving during work.
Emergency Equipment Access in Waimea
Waimea is on the southwest coast of Kauai, and units arrive by barge and truck by arrangement. Weather shapes delivery planning. These are public routes; our deliveries are scheduled around current conditions.
The Waimea Town Celebration
Every February Waimea hosts a celebration of Hawaiian culture that began in 1978 and has grown into a nine-day event with a film festival, concerts, a rodeo, a canoe race, and sporting events. Hosts rent restroom trailers, showers, and refrigerated trailers for rent in Waimea.
Waimea Weather and Site Planning
The southwest coast of Kauai is warm, so camps and events need cooling, shade, and tie-downs. A Remote Workforce Housing Shower Laundry Bunkbed Sleeper trailer in Waimea setup for crews can share water and wastewater.

Add showers, laundry, and sleepers for crews, or a kitchen, dish trailer, and refrigeration for events. Restroom trailer rentals in Waimea run weekly or monthly.
What Waimea Projects Need, Season by Season
Summer is warm and busy. Fall is a project window. Winter is the wetter stretch. February brings the town celebration.

Planning a Trailer Site in Waimea
Send us the address, dates, guest count and event days, and a photo of the pad. For a restroom trailer we confirm water, a drain or holding plan, and a level pad before delivery. Our Portland, Oregon hub delivers into Hawaii on request, and delivery is listed separately on the written quote. A written quote lists each unit and the delivery and setup.
Short-Term and Long-Term Leasing in Waimea
Short jobs and seasonal camps are priced differently from year-long leases. For Waimea, a 20ft accommodation unit is an estimated $2,995 for 1 to 6 days, and the same unit is an estimated $2,195 to $2,495 for three months or more. Because the quote lists each unit separately, you can add a shower, laundry, or kitchen later without re-pricing the rest of the camp.
Permits and Site Considerations in Waimea
Temporary trailers in Waimea may need review by Kauai County. The community is unincorporated, so the county governs, and food-service units are reviewed by health officials. We help you identify what your site needs before delivery.
Delivery, Setup, and Pickup in Waimea
Before a truck leaves for Waimea, we walk through Hawaii Route 50. Setup is about an hour for most units, about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers, a few minutes for stairs, and four to six hours for ramps. Everything on a Kauai County job, from delivery to pickup, goes on a single schedule. One local detail: weather can change timing, so we confirm conditions.
Power, Water, and Wastewater Planning in Waimea
Utilities decide what can go where in Waimea. Our shower containers list 120V/240V at 200 amps, laundry trailers 240V single phase at 200 amps, kitchens 220V single phase at 200 to 220 amps, and refrigerated trailers 220V at 40 to 60 amps. On a site without power or sewer we bring generator trailers, water tank trailers, and greywater bladders, and schedule the pump-outs.
The Westernmost High School
Waimea High School is the westernmost high school in the United States, with Waimea Canyon Middle School alongside. A school at the edge of a country needs the same support as any campus event: restrooms, a field kitchen, and clear access. We plan those around the school calendar.
A Landing in 1778
Cook sent three small craft to the Waimea River mouth to find a place to anchor and found a freshwater lagoon beside a native village. The place has been a landing for centuries. We start every quote with the landing question too: how does the unit arrive, and where does it sit.
Scenario: A Nine-Day Celebration
Imagine a town celebration with a rodeo, concerts, and a canoe race drawing thousands over nine days. Six restroom trailers across three sites, two with accessible stalls, a handwash trailer, and a refrigerated unit for the vendors, serviced twice daily, would carry the crowd. That is the restroom trailer lease in Waimea we can plan from the organizer.
