Restroom Trailers
Molalla's biggest annual gathering is an outdoor rodeo, and its work sites are often fields, forest roads, and yards with no plumbing. A restroom trailer with sinks and lighting is the first unit most Molalla customers ask for, which is why it leads our Molalla rentals.

In September 2020, the Riverside Fire pushed toward Estacada and Molalla during the Labor Day wildfire outbreak. Level 3 "GO" evacuation orders were expanded to the City of Molalla, and a section of Highway 211 was closed. Fire crews, power crews, and displaced residents all needed places to sleep, wash, and eat while the area was in flux.
24/7 Emergency Remote Man Camp Basecamp leasing in Molalla is built for events like that: sleepers, showers, laundry, and restroom trailers delivered to a staging area that is outside the evacuation zone.
Construction Around Molalla
Projects around Molalla tend to sit on farm parcels, forest roads, and the edges of town, where permanent bathrooms and housing are far away. Crews doing road, utility, and building work there can set up a shower and restroom combination beside the job and a bunk bed sleeper for workers who would otherwise drive back to the Portland area each night.

Renovation: Shops, Schools, and Public Buildings
When a Molalla shop, restaurant, or public building is renovated, the business often has to stay open. A restroom trailer covers the gap while plumbing is out, and a mobile kitchen trailer for lease in Molalla with a dish trailer keeps a food business serving during a kitchen remodel.
Emergency Equipment Access in Molalla
Highway 211 was the road partly closed during the 2020 evacuations, which shows how a single route can change a delivery plan. Rural roads around Molalla can also be narrow, so we plan the route and the unit size before dispatch. These are public roads; our deliveries are scheduled around current conditions.
The Molalla Buckeroo and Summer Events
The Molalla Buckeroo has been held every year since 1913, when the railroad arrived, and it runs over the Fourth of July. The Molalla Buckeroo Association took over its operation in 1923. In 2025 the rodeo ran July 1 through 4, with evening shows and two performances on the Fourth. Crowds like that overwhelm permanent restrooms, so producers rent restroom trailers for the grounds, showers for competitors and crew, and refrigerated trailers for rent in Molalla for vendors.
Molalla Weather and Site Planning
Molalla's winters are wet and its summers are dry and warm. Winter pads need drained gravel, and trailers should be anchored where wind funnels down open fields. Summer rodeo weekends need shade and servicing planned around peak crowds. A Remote Workforce Housing Shower Laundry Bunkbed Sleeper trailer in Molalla setup for crews can share water and wastewater.
Restroom and Supporting Trailers for Molalla
Commercial restroom trailers include toilets, urinals, and sinks; pricing depends on size, duration, and servicing. Handwashing sink trailers start at an estimated $2,995 for 1 to 6 days, and 3-stall combos at $2,995. Add showers, laundry, and sleepers for crews, or a kitchen, dish trailer, and refrigeration for events. Restroom trailer rentals in Molalla run weekly or monthly.
What Molalla Projects Need, Season by Season
Summer centers on the Buckeroo and other outdoor events, when restroom trailers and vendor refrigeration are in highest demand. Fall is wildfire-recovery and farm-harvest season, with crews that need showers and laundry. Winter storms bring line crews who need sleepers on generators. Spring is the start of construction season on rural parcels.
Who Rents Trailers in Molalla
Event producers rent restrooms, showers, and refrigeration for the rodeo and other gatherings. Contractors on rural builds rent combos and sleepers. Utilities house restoration crews after storms and fires. Farms and food businesses rent refrigeration and kitchens. Agencies plan emergency staging outside evacuation zones.
Planning a Trailer Site in Molalla
Send us your address, dates, crowd or crew size, and a photo of the pad or field. For rodeo-scale events we plan placement near gates and vendor areas; for rural jobs we confirm the truck can reach the site and turn around. A written quote lists the units, the delivery and setup, and the servicing schedule.
Permits and Site Considerations in Molalla
Temporary trailers in Molalla may need review by the city or Clackamas County, depending on whether the site is inside city limits. Event units are usually arranged through the event's own permits, and food-service units fall under county environmental health. We help you identify what your site needs before delivery.
Scenario: A Fourth of July Rodeo Weekend
Imagine a four-day rodeo that draws thousands each evening. Several restroom trailers near the grandstand and vendor lanes, a shower unit for competitors, and a refrigerated trailer for concession stands, serviced between performances, would keep the grounds running. That is the restroom trailer lease in Molalla we can plan from your crowd estimate and schedule.
