Restroom Trailers
Sublimity sits where the valley meets the canyon, and parish events, school games, and community days all need restrooms. Restroom trailers lead our Sublimity rentals.

Oregon Route 22 runs between Sublimity and Stayton, heading northwest to Salem and east up the North Santiam River valley to Detroit, so the town is the gateway for the canyon. When fire, flood, or storm hits the canyon, responders and evacuees pass through, and restrooms, showers, and sleepers are needed close to the road.
24/7 Emergency Remote Man Camp Basecamp leasing in Sublimity provides sleepers, showers, laundry, and restroom trailers on generator power.
Major Growth: From 138 to 2,967
Sublimity incorporated in 1903, and census counts rose from 138 in 1910 to 2,967 in 2020. Growth brings road, utility, and housing projects, and contractors rent sleepers, combos, and laundry near the work.

Renovation: St. Boniface Church and Older Buildings
St. Boniface Church is the only historic building listed for Sublimity, and older church and community buildings renovate in stages. A restroom trailer covers plumbing downtime, and a mobile kitchen trailer for lease in Sublimity keeps a parish or school meal going during work.
Emergency Equipment Access in Sublimity
Sublimity is on the Route 22 corridor a short drive from Stayton and Salem, so delivery is direct. Canyon-bound traffic in fire season can slow the road, and we plan around it. These are public routes; our deliveries are scheduled around current conditions.
Parish, School, and Valley Events
A city of 2,967 hosts parish dinners, school games, and community days that outgrow its kitchens and restrooms. Hosts rent restroom trailers, kitchens, and refrigerated trailers for rent in Sublimity.
Sublimity Weather and Site Planning
Sublimity has mild, wet winters and warm, dry summers at the edge of the foothills. Winter pads need drainage, and summer sites need shade and fire awareness. A Remote Workforce Housing Shower Laundry Bunkbed Sleeper trailer in Sublimity setup for crews can share water and wastewater.
Rental Options and Prices for Sublimity
Commercial restroom trailers include toilets, urinals, and sinks; pricing depends on size, duration, and servicing. Handwashing sink trailers start at an estimated $2,995 for 1 to 6 days, and 3-stall combos at $2,995. Add showers, laundry, and sleepers for crews, or a kitchen, dish trailer, and refrigeration for events. Restroom trailer rentals in Sublimity run weekly or monthly.
What Sublimity Projects Need, Season by Season
Summer is event and construction season. Fall is cleanup and storm prep. Winter brings rain and wind. Spring opens projects.

Parishes and schools rent kitchens and restrooms. Contractors rent sleepers and combos. Utilities house storm crews. Agencies rent camps in fire season.
Planning a Trailer Site in Sublimity
Send us the address, dates, crowd or crew size, and a photo of the pad. For a parish or school event we place restrooms near the gathering and plan servicing around the peaks. A written quote lists each unit and the delivery and setup.
Short-Term and Long-Term Leasing in Sublimity
Short jobs and seasonal camps are priced differently from year-long leases. For Sublimity, a 20ft accommodation unit is an estimated $2,995 for 1 to 6 days, and the same unit is an estimated $2,195 to $2,495 for three months or more. Because the quote lists each unit separately, you can add a shower, laundry, or kitchen later without re-pricing the rest of the camp.
Permits and Site Considerations in Sublimity
Temporary trailers in Sublimity may need review by the city or Marion County. Food-service units fall under county environmental health. We help you identify what your site needs before delivery.
Delivery, Setup, and Pickup in Sublimity
Before a truck leaves for Sublimity, we walk through Oregon Route 22 and the streets of Sublimity. Setup is about an hour for most units, about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers, a few minutes for stairs, and four to six hours for ramps. Everything on a Marion County job, from delivery to pickup, goes on a single schedule. One local detail: fire-season traffic can slow Route 22, so we plan timing in advance.
Power, Water, and Wastewater Planning in Sublimity
Utilities decide what can go where in Sublimity. Our shower containers list 120V/240V at 200 amps, laundry trailers 240V single phase at 200 amps, kitchens 220V single phase at 200 to 220 amps, and refrigerated trailers 220V at 40 to 60 amps. On a site without power or sewer we bring generator trailers, water tank trailers, and greywater bladders, and schedule the pump-outs.
The Gateway to the Santiam Canyon
Sublimity is a few miles from Stayton on Route 22, the road that carries traffic east to Detroit and the North Santiam River valley. In a wildfire or flood in the canyon, that road is the line between the valley and the emergency, and towns along it become staging points. A camp near the edge of the valley can serve work in the canyon without sitting in it, and a restroom and shower setup can serve evacuees or responders on short notice. We keep standard configurations ready.
From 138 to 2,967 Residents
The census count for Sublimity grew from 138 in 1910 to 2,967 in 2020, a more than twenty-fold increase over a century. Growth like that means steady building: roads, water, schools, and homes. The crews who do it need what any crew needs: a shower, a restroom, and a place to rest within a short drive. Renting a base for the length of each project, instead of searching for lodging each time, keeps the work on schedule.
Scenario: A Parish Festival Weekend
Imagine a parish festival with a few thousand visitors over a weekend. Restroom trailers at the parking and gathering areas, a handwashing sink near the food, and a refrigerated trailer for shared storage, serviced between peaks, would support the weekend. That is the restroom trailer lease in Sublimity we can plan from the organizer's attendance estimate.
