Laundry Trailers
Tangent is a grass seed community whose harvest crews work long, dusty days, and clean clothes are the service most often missing at a temporary camp. Laundry trailers lead our Tangent rentals.

Tangent sits south of Albany on flat valley ground, and a flood, a field fire, or a long power outage can disrupt a city of 1,231. Families and crews need laundry, showers, and restrooms while repairs are made.
24/7 Emergency Remote Man Camp Basecamp leasing in Tangent provides sleepers, showers, laundry, and restroom trailers on generator power.
Major History: A Railway Station Named for a Straight Line
The federal government established a post office in Tangent on September 17, 1872, and the town was the site of a Southern Pacific railway station south of Albany. Its name refers to a straight stretch of track with no curves for more than 20 miles. Rail, farm, and road contractors rent sleepers, combos, and laundry trailers near the work.

Renovation: The Grange and Community Buildings
Western Star Grange #309 on Tangent Drive is one of the community buildings that older towns maintain in stages. A restroom trailer covers plumbing downtime, and a mobile kitchen trailer for lease in Tangent keeps a grange dinner or meal program going during work.
Emergency Equipment Access in Tangent
Tangent lies in the central Willamette Valley beside the railroad, with direct access to the valley highways. We confirm pad access in advance. These are public routes; our deliveries are scheduled around current conditions.
Seed Harvest and Grange Events
A grange hall and a harvest calendar mean community dinners, meetings, and fundraisers that outgrow a building. Hosts rent restroom trailers, laundry, and refrigerated trailers for rent in Tangent.
Tangent Weather and Site Planning
Tangent has mild, wet winters and warm, dry summers, and summer harvest brings dust and heat. Pads need drainage in winter and shade in summer. A Remote Workforce Housing Shower Laundry Bunkbed Sleeper trailer in Tangent setup for crews can share water and wastewater.

Planning a Trailer Site in Tangent
Send us the address, dates, crew size, and a photo of the pad. For a laundry unit we confirm water, drain, and 220V power before delivery. A written quote lists each unit and the delivery and setup.
Short-Term and Long-Term Leasing in Tangent
Short jobs and seasonal camps are priced differently from year-long leases. For Tangent, a 20ft accommodation unit is an estimated $2,995 for 1 to 6 days, and the same unit is an estimated $2,195 to $2,495 for three months or more. Because the quote lists each unit separately, you can add a shower, laundry, or kitchen later without re-pricing the rest of the camp.
Permits and Site Considerations in Tangent
Temporary trailers in Tangent may need review by the city or Linn County. A laundry or shower trailer needs a water and drain plan, and we help you confirm it. We help you identify what your site needs before delivery.
Delivery, Setup, and Pickup in Tangent
Before a truck leaves for Tangent, we walk through the valley highways and the streets of Tangent. Setup is about an hour for most units, about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers, a few minutes for stairs, and four to six hours for ramps. Everything on a Linn County job, from delivery to pickup, goes on a single schedule. One local detail: the flat valley ground makes delivery quick, but wet pads need a plan.
Power, Water, and Wastewater Planning in Tangent
Utilities decide what can go where in Tangent. Our shower containers list 120V/240V at 200 amps, laundry trailers 240V single phase at 200 amps, kitchens 220V single phase at 200 to 220 amps, and refrigerated trailers 220V at 40 to 60 amps. On a site without power or sewer we bring generator trailers, water tank trailers, and greywater bladders, and schedule the pump-outs.
The Grass Seed Capital of the World
Tangent calls itself the Grass Seed Capital of the World, and the work behind that name is seasonal and labor-heavy. Fields are cut, windrowed, and cleaned in a few summer weeks, and the crews that do it work long hours in dust. At the end of a shift, a worker needs a shower and clean clothes, and a grower who houses a crew away from town needs somewhere to provide them. A shower trailer and a laundry trailer on a level pad near the field answer that need for the weeks of harvest alone, without a permanent building.
Twenty Miles Without a Curve
The town takes its name from a stretch of Southern Pacific track that runs straight for more than twenty miles. The same straight, flat country makes delivery easy: trailers can be brought in on valley roads and set on level ground in a single visit. A camp here can be placed, connected, and serviced quickly, and removed at the end of the season with the pad left clean. That simplicity is a large part of why temporary housing works well in the valley.
Scenario: A Seed Harvest Crew
Imagine a grower with a 16-person crew working long days during the seed harvest. A laundry trailer with several washers and dryers, a shower and restroom combination, and a restroom near the field, served weekly, would keep the crew in clean clothes. That is the laundry trailer lease in Tangent we can plan from your headcount.
