Restroom Trailers
McArthur is a small county seat where public events and building projects often outgrow the plumbing available, and a restroom trailer is the quickest fix. Restroom trailers lead our McArthur rentals.

On July 8, 2025, a fire inside the McArthur Hotel caused extensive damage and the building was declared a total loss by insurance companies. Events like that leave crews, officials, and onlookers on site for days without facilities. A restroom trailer gives the cleanup team a working bathroom, and showers and sleepers can follow if a longer response is needed.
24/7 Emergency Remote Man Camp Basecamp leasing in McArthur provides sleepers, showers, laundry, and restroom trailers on generator power.
Major History: McArthurstown and the Oldest Hotel
The town was laid out in 1815 and originally called McArthurstown for Duncan McArthur. Its oldest surviving building was the McArthur Hotel, built in 1839, which the Vinton County Convention and Visitors Bureau bought in December 2021 and began to revitalize in 2022 before the fire. Cleanup and renovation began in 2026 with an effort to keep as much of the historic exterior as possible. Crews on projects like this rent restrooms, sleepers, and laundry near the work.

Renovation: A Historic Hotel Rebuilt in Public View
An agreement was formed between Dakota Dunn and Stellar Films to document the entire renovation of the McArthur Hotel in the hope of pitching it to television networks. A project filmed for the public needs clean, reliable facilities for crews and visitors. A restroom trailer covers the gap while plumbing is rebuilt, and a mobile kitchen trailer for lease in McArthur feeds a working crew on site.
Emergency Equipment Access in McArthur
McArthur sits 27 miles southeast of Chillicothe, and the village covers only about 1.3 square miles, so streets near the square are tight. We confirm the parking and turning room before the truck leaves. These are public routes; our deliveries are scheduled around current conditions.
County Seat Gatherings in Vinton County
A village of 1,783 can double its crowd on a festival or fair weekend. Hosts rent restroom trailers, showers, and refrigerated trailers for rent in McArthur.
McArthur Weather and Site Planning
Hilly southeast Ohio sites can be muddy after rain. We ask for a firm pad and plan setup around the forecast. A Remote Workforce Housing Shower Laundry Bunkbed Sleeper trailer in McArthur setup for crews can share water and wastewater.

Planning a Trailer Site in McArthur
Send us the address, dates, guest count, and a photo of the pad. For a restroom trailer we confirm power, water, and a level, accessible pad before delivery. Our Portland, Oregon hub delivers into Ohio on request, and delivery is listed separately on the written quote. A written quote lists each unit and the delivery and setup.
Short-Term and Long-Term Leasing in McArthur
Short jobs and seasonal camps are priced differently from year-long leases. For McArthur, a 20ft accommodation unit is an estimated $2,995 for 1 to 6 days, and the same unit is an estimated $2,195 to $2,495 for three months or more. Because the quote lists each unit separately, you can add a shower, laundry, or kitchen later without re-pricing the rest of the camp.
Permits and Site Considerations in McArthur
Temporary trailers in McArthur may need review by the village or Vinton County. A historic square can add review for placement, so we help you confirm what your location needs. We help you identify what your site needs before delivery.
Delivery, Setup, and Pickup in McArthur
Before a truck leaves for McArthur, we walk through the roads into McArthur. Setup is about an hour for most units, about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers, a few minutes for stairs, and four to six hours for ramps. Everything on a Vinton County job, from delivery to pickup, goes on a single schedule. One local detail: tight streets near the square can change timing, so we confirm conditions.
Power, Water, and Wastewater Planning in McArthur
Utilities decide what can go where in McArthur. Our shower containers list 120V/240V at 200 amps, laundry trailers 240V single phase at 200 amps, kitchens 220V single phase at 200 to 220 amps, and refrigerated trailers 220V at 40 to 60 amps. On a site without power or sewer we bring generator trailers, water tank trailers, and greywater bladders, and schedule the pump-outs.
A General and a Village Plan
Platted in 1815 and named for a general of the War of 1812, McArthur grew from a small grid into the seat of Vinton County. The compact layout is still visible in the 1.3 square miles the village covers. Because the footprint is small, a trailer placed near the center is within a short walk of most places a crew might be working.
A Hotel, a Fire, and a Restart
The McArthur Hotel stood since 1839 and became the focus of local revitalization before the 2025 fire. The building is now being rebuilt around its historic exterior, and the project is expected to be filmed. That makes McArthur a place where temporary restrooms, a kitchen for workers, and clean parking matter for both crews and the cameras watching them.
Scenario: A Filmed Restoration Site
Imagine a restoration contractor with a 20-person crew and a small film team working on a historic downtown building in McArthur for four months. A restroom trailer with several stalls, a shower trailer, a laundry unit, and a mobile kitchen on a hard pad near the site, all serviced weekly, would keep the crew working and the site presentable. That is the restroom trailer rental in McArthur we can plan from your headcount and dates.
